Day 01
Arrive Delhi

Welcome to your 'The Golden Triangle' tour! On arrival, at the airport / railway station in Delhi, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Later, enjoy a city tour of Delhi including visit to Raj Ghat, Red Fort and e past the Jama Masjid, India Gate, the President's House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings.
Note: Red Fort remains closed on Mondays.
The rest of the evening is at leisure for independent activities.
Overnight in Delhi.

Day 02
Delhi - Agra via Mathura (289 km / approx. 5 hours drive)

After breakfast, drive to the historical and romantic city of Agra. En route visit Mathura Temple.
Mathura is the abode of Lord Krishna and has a great religious sanctity among the Hindus. Further, continue your drive to Agra. On arrival, check into the hotel.
Later in the afternoon, visit the Agra Fort and Dayal Bagh.
The massive red sandstone Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a hilltop citadel with fabulous courtyards, fountains and gates and the best example of Mughal Civil Architecture commissioned by emperor Akbar.
Dayal Bagh, known simply as Swami Bagh, is the headquarters of the Radhasoami sect. This huge white marble mausoleum houses the tomb of Swamiji Maharaj (or Shiv Dayal Singh Seth), the founder of the Radhasoami faith.
The rest of the evening is at leisure for independent activities.

Day 03
Agra - Jaipur (238 km / approx. 4 hours 30 mins drive)

This morning, after breakfast, visit the legendary Taj Mahal, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century as a shrine for everlasting love to his queen, Mumtaz Mahal. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is also one of the Seven Wonders of the World .
Later, proceed to the Pink City of Jaipur. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri a perfect example of fusion between the Hindu figurative decoration and the Mughal geometrical pattern.
Thereafter, continue your drive to Jaipur. On arrival, check in to the hotel.
Note: Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays.

Day 04

This morning, after breakfast, drive to the ancient capital of Amer to see the fabulous Amer Fort followed by a visit to the City Palace and Jantar Mantar.
Situated on a ridge on the outskirts of the city, the fort-palace complex of Amer (also known as Amber) is surrounded by fortified battlements overlooking the Maota Lake. Known for its artistic style, it blends both Hindu and Mughal elements, as seen in its large ramparts, monuments and series of imposing gates and cobbled pathways.
Later, visit the sections of the City Palace a repository of Rajasthani artifacts and culture. It houses a remarkable collection of Rajasthani costumes, and armory of Mughals and Rajputs, an art gallery, intricately designed carpets, royal paraphernalia and rare astronomical works.
Finally, you proceed to the awe-inspiring Jantar Mantar Observatory, a stone astrological and astronomical observatory built in the 18th century. Known for its ingenuity, this scientific 'playground' paved the way for modern astronomy.
The rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities.

Day 05
Depart Jaipur - Delhi (275 km / approx. 6 hours drive)  

Today, bid farewell to your 'The Golden Triangle' tour, as you are transferred to the airport / railway station in Delhi.
